Meet Stark’s Executive Leadership Team
Naomi Stark, a specialist in guest satisfaction, loyalty, and employee development, founded Stark Service Solutions, LLC, in 2001. She is the current former Chair of the AH&LA Technology & E-Business Committee.
Naomi began her hospitality career in 1996, at the Orchid at Mauna Lani in Food & Beverage. She quickly progressed with Starwood Hotel and Resorts and was promoted to Area Director of Guest Satisfaction Management in 1999, with responsibilities including the guest and associate satisfaction initiatives of each property in the region. Every property in Ms. Stark’s region achieved immediate sharp increases in customer satisfaction and loyalty ratings. Her properties repeatedly achieved “Best In Class” rankings and were recognized for consistently having very low “problems experienced by guests” ratings with the highest ranked “problem resolution” ratings.

Naomi loves gardening and creative cooking!
Brent first began his career in the field of safety & security when he graduated from the Police Academy and became a sworn officer of the law. During his 8 year career, he became a certified instructor in several areas, to include field training officer, defensive tactics, DUI detection & field sobriety testing and Drug recognition expert instructor. Brent also served many years on the departments S.W.A.T team as the entry team leader and conducted numerous successful undercover drug operations.
For over a decade Brent has led the hospitality industry as a director of security and loss prevention for such brands as, Adam’s Mark Hotels & Resorts, Hilton, Nickelodeon Family Suites and Island One Resorts. As a Corporate Director, Brent was responsible for as many as 9 resorts across Florida and the Caribbean. Brent has authored numerous emergency procedures including, fire, hurricane and tornado procedures, which are still in effect today. Brent brings to Stark his innovative vision and proactive common sense approach, saving companies hundreds of thousands of dollars each year through better protection of the product, brand, employee safety and guest satisfaction.
